These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our service apartments located at:
No. 20 Ezekunie Street, Off Ago Palace Way, Okota, Lagos.
By booking a stay with us, you agree to comply with the terms below.
1. Booking and Payment
Reservation Confirmation: Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
Payment Methods: We accept credit cards and bank transfers.
Rates: Rates are subject to change without notice. Confirmed bookings will not be affected by future rate changes.
2. Check-In and Check-Out
Check-In Time: From 2:00 PM onwards.
Check-Out Time: By 12:00 noon. Late check-outs may incur extra charges.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in are eligible for a full refund.
Late Cancellation / No Show: Cancellations within one week of check-in or failure to show up will result in no refund.
4. Deposit and Security
Caution Deposit: A refundable deposit is required upon check-in:
₦50,000 for 3-bedroom apartments and below.
Refund of Deposit: Deposits will be refunded after check-out, provided:
No damages are found.
No house rules are breached (especially the no-smoking policy).
5. House Rules
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments. Breach leads to deposit forfeiture.
Maximum Occupancy:
1 Bedroom: Max. 2 adults
2 Bedroom: Max. 4 adults
3 Bedroom: Max. 6 adults
Exceeding limits without approval will incur charges.
Noise Levels: Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM.
Pets: Not allowed unless clearly stated in the booking confirmation.
6. Apartment Use
Maintenance and Damages: Guests must maintain the apartment in good condition.
Damages should be reported immediately.
Costs for repairs/replacements will be deducted from the deposit.
Cleaning:
Apartments are cleaned before check-in.
Additional cleaning is available on request at extra cost.
7. Liability
Personal Belongings: Julaz Apartment is not liable for loss or damage to guest belongings. Please secure your valuables.
Injuries: We do not accept responsibility for injuries or accidents within the premises.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal Information: Any information provided during booking is used only for your reservation and stay. We do not share your data with third parties.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria and Lagos State. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Lagos.
